Dr. Kilde attends international medicaland scientific congresses which deal with related topics, such as

neuroscience, and attempts to inform. the attendeesthatextremely unethical and illegal use of advanced bio-electromagnetic technology is being used to ruin the lives of innocent people.

She does this with some difficulty, as organizers of these events try to schedule her at times oflow

attendance or even prevent her from speaking altogether.

Dr. Kilde's personal life is made into aHell of silent electronic torture, and constant sabotage andtheftof
